PRIORITY INSURED Shipping: Priority USPS Up To $50 Insurance For Lost or Stolen Packages, 1-3 business days from ship date, not order date.
PRIORITY PLUS INSURED Shipping: Signature Required Priority USPS, Entire Amount Of Package Insured For Lost or Stolen Packages
1-3 business days from the ship date, not order date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 7-21 business days from ship date, not order date.
International customers are responsible for all fees and taxes imposed by customs.

IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY INSURED AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH THE USPS AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE UP TO $50 FOR LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED MAIL.
IF YOU SELECT PRIORITY PLUS AND YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST/STOLEN OR DAMAGED, YOU WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS AND THEY WILL REIMBURSE THE FULL VALUE OF PACKAGE.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS NOT RECEIVED, BUT SHOWS DELIVERED, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL USPS. NON RECEIPT OF PACKAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE.
Incorrect Address- Desires of Luxury is not responsible for entering customers addresses. If a customer places an order and enters an incorrect address and contacts Desires of Luxury before the package is shipped, the order will be canceled.
If you place an order and provide Desires of Luxury with the incorrect address and your package is shipped, and returned to Desires of Luxury due to incorrect address, customer is responsible to pay a reshipping fee, to have the item reshipped to the correct address. The original returned package will be sent within 3 business days of customer paying the reshipping fee. If customer does not pay the reshipping fee for a returned package, the item is the property of Desires of Luxury, with no refund issued.
Pick Up/Delivery- You can not pick up online orders. We do not deliver.
